Nestled in the heart of beautiful Coronado Island, Garage Buona Forchetta is an Italian casual dining restaurant specializing in authentic Neapolitan style pizza, home-made fresh pasta and an array of regional dishes that will bring Italy directly to your table. Born in March 2020 from the collaboration of Buona Forchetta founder Matteo Cattaneo and partner Marco Zannoni, Garage Buona Forchetta has become a recognized favorite spot on the island for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Garage Buona Forchetta won 2022 Best Italian Restaurant in Coronado, Best Pizza in Coronado and was the runner-up for Best Lunch Spot in Coronado.
For our local Coronado residents and our island visitors, Buona Forchetta offers lunch and dinner daily, happy hour, weekend brunch and extended cafe hours.

Unique to our Coronado location, Garage Buona Forchetta features a full Italian market and cafe with A walk-up window on 10th Ave. Our cafe features fresh Italian pastries and rich espresso. Our market is filled with Italian wines, imported Italian goods and more. Stop by our deli for freshly cut meats and cheeses.
Our market and cafe open at 8am, 7 days a week.
